We are currently seeking a full-time Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of insurance and customer service experience, hold their property & casualty license, and be able to provide excellent customer service to our current clients and prospects. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide quality, professional service to clients in all aspects of their insurance needs including renewal marketing, processing policy change requests, and answering questions in a timely manner
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, and business partners
  • Responsible for account rounding, quoting, and new business development
  • Review and compare insurance products and coverages

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer proficient, AMS 360 experience is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • 3 years of personal lines experience
  • NH P&C license (preferred)
  • If not already licensed, attain a Property & Casualty license in the required time
